It offers Mexican and International cuisine, with late-night hours and positive initial ratings by the bar Industry and Cocktail Enthusiasts. The speakeasy aspect adds to the intrigue, and you have to gain access and a password through their instagram account.

The Famous Pitufo Cocktail

This bar offers amazing cocktails, one of them called Logros which has a Rib eye Butter Fat Wash with Bourbon and Bitters and tastes incredible. But the main cocktail here is called Pitufo which has Vodka, Blue Curacao and a Secret Mix that makes this blue cocktail instagrammable and really refreshing inspired by the Cocktails de Barrio offered in Mexico City.

Sometimes, a cover charge of 100 or 150 pesos applies, but not always. Arriving early, around 9 pm, or booking ahead is a good idea to get a great table.

How did I miss this gem in Mexico City? 🌆 Salón Palomilla in Roma has totally captivated me—honestly, it might be my favorite bar of 2024 and possibly 2025!

The design is stunning. There’s literally a huge hole in the roof that adds a super cool vibe, plus unique decor and beautiful artwork that create the perfect, intimate mood for a night out. 🥂

Without a reservation, we ended up at the smaller bar in the back, which is cozy but still charming. We kicked things off with a Mai Tai, which was solid, but the real star of the night? Their incredible Espresso Martinis! And if you’re adventurous, you can even get it with mezcal. 🥃✨ Oh, and the live jazz? Sets the mood perfectly. 🎶 Whether you’re out with friends or on a date, this spot is a must. Cocktails average around $13. Cheers to new favorites
