This spot looks incredible! Imagine soaking up the sun by a massive pool during the day, then dancing under the stars to world-famous DJs at night. They’ve got cabanas, daybeds, and all the glitz Las Vegas is known for.

Even though I can’t make it this time, I figured some of you out there might be interested. EBC is typically open Fridays to Sundays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but it’s always a good idea to check the Wynn Nightlife website for exact hours and upcoming DJ info. On this occasion, I tried the Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas offers a reasonable Prix Fixe Menu for Lunch and Dinner with a $95 price tag. No substitutions or sharing with others are allowed with this offering. What I like about this Menu is that it includes the signature Beef Wellington and most of the famous dishes offered in this restaurant. I will also be sharing some other food I’ve been lucky to try during my past visits to Hell’s Kitchen.

If you’re a fan of seafood, then you must try the Lobster Risotto at Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas. This Dish is not included in the Prix Fixe Meny however It’s one of the most famous dishes offered in the Menu and one of my top favorites. This signature dish is made with Arborio rice, lobster meat, white wine, butter, and Parmesan cheese. The rice is cooked slowly and carefully until it’s creamy and perfectly al dente. The lobster is added just before the rice is finished cooking, so that it retains its flavor and texture, simply. The risotto is then served with a splash of truffle oil and onion garnish.

The Lobster Risotto at Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas is a must-try Dish when visiting this Restaurant. The rice is cooked perfectly and the lobster meat is perfectly cooked. The truffle oil adds a nice depth of flavor and the crispy onion garnish adds a bit of crunch.

Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas Ambiance and Style is known for its modern industrial design, stunning views of the Strip, and delicious food. The overall ambiance is upscale and sophisticated, but also warm and inviting. The restaurant also boasts floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the famous Las Vegas Strip.

The moment you enter into the main entrance of the restaurant you are greeted by Gordon Ramsay on a Monitor and then walk through the main hall with photos of all winners of the 21 seasons of the TV show. This brought me good memories because during my brief time living in New York City this was actually one of my favorite reality shows to watch (It was actually the 1st season in 2005)

The restaurant is divided into two main sections: the main dining room and the bar and lounge. The main dining room is large and open, with exposed brick walls and concrete floors. Metal accents throughout the space give it a modern edge. The bar and lounge are more intimate and relaxed, with leather sofas and chairs. The warm and inviting atmosphere is perfect for enjoying a cocktail before dinner or a nightcap afterward.

The outdoor patio at Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas is one of the most popular features of the restaurant. It offers stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal or drink on a warm evening.The view in this area is one of the best in all the Vegas Strip, its good to be seated there when its not super hot outside.

Reservations Highly Recommended

Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas is considered to be one of the most popular restaurants in Las Vegas and Bookings tend to fill up Fast. I highly recommend you make a reservation prior to your trip, reservations can easily be made online but can’t be made more than 6 months in the future. On certain occasions, Walk-Ins are taken.

Some other Interesting Tips for your visit to Hell’s Kitchen: 

I mentioned that occasionally the restaurant will take Walk-Ins for a table in this place, another alternative for you in case of traveling solo is to ask to be seated at the Bar where they offer the same regular Menu including the same Pre Fixe Menu that I mention in this review. I’ve been twice to this place and one of these visits was at the Bar where the service was actually the same as good as if you were in a regular table.

This shift may surprise traditional Cirque enthusiasts seeking awe-inspiring aerial feats.

The pre-show boasts a delightful perk: audience members can mingle on the very stage, enjoying drinks from the on-stage bar. However, the main performance focuses more on stand-up comedy and musical numbers, with acrobatics taking a secondary role. While undeniably impressive when showcased, the acrobatic segments leave some desiring the extended, gravity-defying sequences typically associated with Cirque du Soleil.

Ultimately, Mad Apple is a spirited variety show, ideal for those seeking an energetic and entertaining evening. However, for those yearning for the heart-stopping acrobatics that define Cirque du Soleil, this production might not reach the same level of spectacle.

You can get $25 Tickets to Mad Apple that will put you right next to the stage and is quite a great deal for this show. I got this ticket and was happy I did especially for this show which I consider to be the weakest one in Vegas.

4) Michael Jackson ONE: A Thrilling Tribute to the King of Pop in Las Vegas

Choosing a ranking for Cirque du Soleil’s Las Vegas shows was no easy feat, especially when it came to placing Michael Jackson ONE at number 4. As a lifelong admirer of the legendary King of Pop since my childhood, this show holds a special place in my heart. The decision was further complicated by the fact that it’s not only a tribute to an icon but also one of the most recent Cirque productions in Las Vegas( well almost 10 years now), along with Mad Apple. Nevertheless, this electrifying show deserves its spot for reasons that are both deeply personal and artistically significant.

Attending Michael Jackson ONE was a stroke of sheer luck that added to its significance for me. I had secured Rear Mezzanine tickets, only to find them unexpectedly unavailable upon arrival. To my astonishment, the usher upgraded me to VIP seats as compensation. It was a serendipitous turn of events that granted me a prime view of the spectacle that unfolded.

The cast, a staggering ensemble of 63 performers, takes the stage with a flair that would make Michael Jackson proud. But my favorite Act of this show is still the Stranger in Moscow Song Sequence, this act is pure perfection with a Queen hanging up from a Moon Prop and a tightrope act next to the Queen is fascinating and visually stunning.

I’ve been privileged to experience O in all its magnificence on ten occasions, each time reaffirming its place as my all-time favorite Cirque du Soleil show. Crafted by the visionary Franco Dragone, the show’s allure is accentuated by the elegant theater, a haven of beauty and mystique.

What is O?

O by Cirque du Soleil is a mesmerizing aquatic wonder that takes you on an enchanting journey through water and imagination. This masterpiece, residing in the Bellagio Las Vegas since 1998, seamlessly blends artistry, acrobatics, and water elements to create an unparalleled spectacle that’s etched in memory. The name of the Show O comes from the pronunciation of the French Word Eaux which translated means Water.

During the first ten years of this show people around the world were mindblown and recommended to their friends this show. The cancellation line was even a 4 hour wait before the show started to see if some audience members were lucky to get a ticket.
